What is the VHX-6000 Series?

KEYENCE's VHX-6000 Series is our next generation digital microscope with a large depth-of-field and advanced imaging and measurement capabilities for inspection and failure analysis. The VHX combines the abilities of a traditional stereo microscope with measurement capabilities and advanced digital imaging technology. Advanced analysis and reporting capabilities are included as standard.
