We used a camera for the inspection of defects during tailored welding, such as pits (holes), meandering, and undercut.
Since the detection sometimes failed by the colour variation of welding, we adopted the LJ-V Series 2D Laser Displacement Sensor. The detection is not affected by colour variation and we were able to improve work efficiency.
