Please Note:

  • Repair items should be accompanied by a detailed description of the problem.
  • If the unit has been in contact with any toxic chemicals, DO NOT SEND THE UNIT IN FOR REPAIR, UNLESS IT HAS BEEN THOROUGHLY CLEANED.
  • In the case of contact with any toxic chemicals, the customer MUST email MSDS information to repair@keyence.de prior to shipping the product. MSDS must also accompany initial shipment.
  • When calling to inquire about repair status, please refer to the repair number on the repair authorisation sheet.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • The packing list emailed to you with the repair authorisation MUST be enclosed with the parts to ensure proper handling.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the unit in for evaluation.
  • Be sure to package the product carefully to avoid damage.
  • Shipments should be insured for your protection.
  • DO NOT USE this repair number to return merchandise for credit.
